HNR Health provides confidential, compassionate behavioral health support for adolescents and adults experiencing emotional challenges that may affect health, daily life or recovery.

Services address anxiety, depression and stress; adjustment to illness or a cardiac event; life transitions; coping skills; and other behavioral health needs through individualized counseling and coordinated care.

Our Cardiac Rehabilitation (ICR) program is a structured outpatient service that combines monitored exercise, education and lifestyle support after a qualifying cardiac diagnosis or procedure.

Each patient receives an individualized assessment and treatment plan, supervised exercise and progress monitoring, nutrition and stress-management education, cardiovascular risk-factor support, and coordination with the referring provider.

Our physical and occupational therapy services provide goal-focused rehabilitation that helps people move safely, manage pain and participate more fully in everyday life.

We treat back, neck and joint pain; support recovery after injury, surgery and before/after pain management treatments. We address the cause of impairment, not just the symptoms; while also addressing balance, gait and neurological related conditions. We help patients improve their daily activities, safety and independence.
